Welcome to Little Green Pet! We offer eco-friendly products for your pets and the wildlife that you help to look after. Our products aren’t perfect – there may be a bit of plastic in the packaging or there may be a high carbon footprint from importing – but the effort has been made to find products that are organic, recycled, recyclable, decomposable and/or sustainable.
So if our products are eco-friendly then does that mean we compromise on style or luxury? Oh no, not one bit! All of our products are high quality, well made, and beautiful!
Delivery
Parcels are despatched by Royal Mail 1st class post within 3-5 working days of your order. The flat fee for postage is £3.50, but some bulkier items have a higher charge and get sent out as Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Details on the relevant items pages.
Delivery is within the UK only.
Returns
You may cancel your order within up to 8 days of receiving it and we will offer you a refund or replacement. Please return the items to:-

This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Complaints
Any complaints about our products or service may be emailed or sent by post and will be responded to promptly.
Guarantee
West Paw Zogo Flex toys (Bumi, Hurley, Tux and Zisc) come with a one off replacement guarantee if they are damaged by your dog. Please return it to the above address, together with evidence of purchase from us, and we will send a replacement toy. The damaged toy will then be recycled.
Packaging
Our products are sent out in green jiffy bags (recycled and can simply be re-used or recycled as they are made totally of paper), recycled cardboard boxes, recycled brown paper or boxes that our suppliers have used to send out stock to us. Any padding or wadding is either brown paper or green bubble wrap (recycled and recyclable!), but if you don't have facilities for recycling the bubble wrap then you can simply pop it in the bin and it will break down in landfill within a matter of months.
